Service for passengers with reduced mobility
In order for you to receive the service that you want and need at the airport, early registration with your airline is important. Please state the type of disability and scope of attendance you need when making your booking at the travel agents, or at the latest when picking up your tickets. The employees at the airport and of the airline will be happy to help you.
All equipment which is suitable for people with limited mobility is identified with the known symbol. The arrival and departure areas of the passenger terminal are equipped to be suitable for people with limited mobility. All equipment is also easily accessible to wheel chair users.
A sufficient number of wheel chairs are kept ready for you as a standard service, free of charge.
You can park directly in front of the terminal in the marked areas for 10 minutes free of charge. In car park P1 and P11 next to the terminal, there are specially marked parking spaces for guests with limited mobility, as well as in car park P2 and P3.
